An imperfect unit is a brand new and perfectly functional power bank but with slight cosmetic flaws. This may be a scratch, a dark mark or a slight blemish caused during production.

The units work perfectly and we test and inspect all units manually to ensure they are in perfect working order before distribution. You should still receive the charge we advised as per our power guide.

As these aren't visually up to the standard we require, we are happy to part with these units at a discounted price and still with FREE UK ex NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY.
