 UK SHIPPING POLICY

All our UK excluding Northern Ireland domiciled orders come with free shipping. Shipping to Northern Ireland comes with a £1 shipping fee.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, orders received on Saturdays or late on a Friday are likely to be dispatched on a Sunday.  

All our power bank deliveries are tracked and a tracking number will be provided to you. In general, you should expect to receive your parcel 3 to 5 days after your order is placed. This would be via Evri priority delivery. 

Our accessories are shipped with Royal Mail first class. This would include bottles, phones cases and other non-power bank items.

Bulk merchandise orders will be shipped via DHL. Exact details of what to expect including weight, size and number of parcels and the delivery date will be provided. 

At this point, we are unable to ship overseas (outside of the UK). This is because power banks are not allowed in standard post and require special arrangements for this to be enabled. Domestically, specific couriers will allow smaller power banks with permission. Internationally however is not allowed. We intend to expand operations to allow international fulfilment through local storage.
